Frederick M Gunn Services Are Set.
Rosary services for Frederick M Gunn, who died in his home at 3214 Tularosa Street Saturday, will be held at 8 p.m. today in the Hagedon-Harding Chapel.
He was 72. He had lived in El Paso for 37 years. He was a conductor for the Texas, USA & Pacific Railway Co. and was retired from that company in 1943 after 44 years of service.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Frances M Gunn; by two daughters, Mrs. Joseph A Peters and Mrs. Hazel G Peters, both of El Paso; by a son, Frank J Gunn of El Paso; by a sister, Mrs W H Robertson of San Antonio, and by a brother, Leon O Gunn of Dallas; by eight grandchildren, and by one great-grandchild.
Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, the Rev. Joseph M Walsh officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Hagedon-Harding.
The pallbearers, all Texas, USA and Pacific railroad men are also listed - 20 names in all.

GUNN:
Mrs Frances Gunn of 3214 Tularosa Avenue., died Sunday in a local hospital. She was widow of the Late Fred M Gunn. She was born November 10, 1881 in Tennessee and had lived in El Paso since 1911. A member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, St. Joseph's Altar Scoiety and Catholic Daughters of America. Survivors: Daughters Mrs. Joseph A Peters and Mrs. Hazel G Peters, a son Frank J Gunn, niece Mrs. Leonard C Peters, all of El Paso; 8 grand children, 13 great-grand children.

Blanche Andrea Gunn, 96 passed away May 15th. Mrs. Gunn was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church. She was the founder of the Orchid Shop in 1954. Preceded in death by her daughters, Margie Mae Thurmond and Elsie Frances Hansen; she leaves behind a daughter, Betty Jean Quarles; 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 17, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home-Central Chapel. Funeral Service will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2007 at Martin Funeral Home-Central Chapel. The interment following to Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Willis Gunn
Fort Worth Texas, USA June 5, 1939 - Willis Gunn 33, Longview civil engineer died Monday in a Fort Worth hospital from complications attributed to an automobile accident injury several years ago. He is survived by his wife; two son, Billy and Floyd; a daughter, Betty all of Longview; his mother Mrs. Floyd E. Gunn and his grandparents Mr. And Mrs. W. F. Gunn all of Fort Worth. Funeral services conducted at 4 pm Tuesday here. Burial in Fort Worth published Dallas Morning News, 6-6-1939

William Franklin Gunn
Glen Rose - William F. Gunn, 74, a retired surveyor, died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2003, at a Glen Rose hospital. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church of Glen Rose. Visitation: Family will receive friends and family 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Martin's Funeral Home, Granbury. Memorials: Food Bank of Glen Rose, Box 807, Glen Rose, Texas, USA. Mr. Gunn was born in 1929 in Gilmor to Willis F. and Ruth Shepperd Gunn and had resided in Glen Rose for 33 years. He had a long career as a surveyor and was the owner of Metropolitan Aerial Surveys and was an instructor three years at UTA, teaching senior aerial surveyor technology. he was the author of many articles appearing in (The Texas, USA Surveyor), the official magazine for Texas, USA surveyors, and was past president of the Fort Worth chapter of the Texas, USA Surveyors Association. He was considered one of the top two experts of historic county boundary lines and was most recently called upon by Tarrant and Denton counties to be an expert witness in the recent boundary dispute. Mr. Gunn's company performed the mapping of Cedar Creek Reservoir, the main source of water for Tarrant County, as well as many other lakes in the area. Survivors: Wife, Martha O. Gunn; daughters, Mary Carolyn Gunn of Sun City, Calif., and Beverly McJilton of Glen Rose; son, William F. "Billy" Gunn of Glen Rose; brother, F.S. "Ben" Gunn of Fort Worth; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; five stepchildren; seven step grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews.
